Definitions:
Seismicity
Very High:  Area where earthquakes could happen in the near future, say the next 30 years.
High:
Area where damaging earthquakes could happen within the life of a typical
building say 100 years.
Moderate:
Area where earthquakes could happen.
Low:
Area where earthquakes are not expected to happen at all.
Occupancy Groups
High:
Greater than 200 People
Moderate/Low:
Up to 200 people
Definitions above are based on 24 hours average occupancies.
