4.4.2.1 The owner or operator of a facility subject to this

section shall notify the Commission that it is a

Requirements of this part. Such notification shall be

within sixty days after a facility first becomes

subject to the requirements of this section,

whichever is later.

4.4.2.2 The owner or operator of a facility subject to this

section shall designate a facility representative who

will participate on the local emergency planning

committee (LEPC) as a facility emergency response

coordinator.

4.4.2.3 The owner or operator of a facility subject to this

40CFR355.30(d)(1)

section shall inform the LEPC of any changes

occurring at the facility which may be relevant to

emergency planning.

4.4.2.4 Upon request of the local emergency planning

40CFR355.30(d)(2)

committee, the owner or operator of a facility

subject to this section shall promptly provide to the

LEPC any information necessary for development or

implementation of the local emergency plan.
