4.0 Requirements for the Acquisition of Chemicals
General (Applicable to all acquisitions involving chemicals)
4.1.1 Hazards associated with all activities involving chemicals

4.2.1 Applications to purchase tax free alcohol shall be submitted
to the ATF.
