PrHA team members must be able to review all process safety information relevant to a cov-
ered process to allow a thorough evaluation of the potential problems that could affect the
safety and health of employees. Likewise, process workers and their representatives must be
able to review any process information (e.g., PSI, PrHA, incident investigations) necessary for
the safe operation of that process.
