4.5.15 Oxygen and fuel and other compressed gas cylinders,
ANSI Z49.1, 10.3.3;
equipment, pipelines or apparatus shall not be used

used only for the service for which it was approved.

4.5.16 All connections shall be gas tight and no leaks shall be

high pressure manifolds without reducing the pressure
through a suitable regulator unless the equipment used
