hook before moving feet.

your head. Proceed downward,
checking your nose, mouth and
neck.

the torso and finally the
legs and feet.

Standard:
Move the frisker a maximum of 2 to 3 inches per second.
This is necessary to allow the meter time to respond.  If
you  move  the  probe  too  fast,  you  may
pass  over
contamination and not record it.  If an audible increase
in the count rate is noted, return the probe to the spot
and hold for a minimum of five seconds to determine if
contamination is actually present.
