Criticality safety personnel shall demonstrate a working level knowledge of the
Nuclear Safety Management Rule, 10CFR830, requirements related to
Documented Safety Analyses and the associated DOE Guide 421.1-2,
Implementation Guide In Developing Documented Safety Analysis to Meet
Subpart B of 10 CFR 830.
