Technical Standards, and Secretary of Energy Notice.

Describe the role of criticality safety personnel with respect to the requirements in
these Orders, Standards, and Secretary of Energy Notice.

Criticality safety personnel shall demonstrate a familiarity level knowledge of the
Price-Anderson Amendment Act of 1988 and its impact on Department of Energy
criticality safety activities.

Discuss the Act's applicability to the Department criticality safety activities.
