the following:
Action items
Responsible individuals/groups
Action item due dates
3. Accept/reject/modify responses.
4. Develop corrective action tracking list.
5. Publish a periodic action item status report.
6. Maintain a separate file of open action items.

7. Personally verify the closure of action items.
8. Evaluate the adequacy of actions taken to
close open findings:
Has root cause been correctly identified
and corrected?
Are follow-up assessments needed?
