Documentation of the findings and observations
(note taking) in the field will involve some
combination of the following:
Record book
3 x 5 cards
Actual times, logistics
What, when, who, why, where, how
Documents reviewed
Interviews
Then comes the time to start to put the report
together, whether a weekly report or the
inspection report of some other type. The
following are suggested:
Distill as information is gathered, while
memory fresh
Start draft report early
D. Post-assessment actions
Evaluate assessment responses
Establish corrective actions and due dates
Summarize lesson.
Track the status of open action items
Review objectives.
Perform follow-up assessments as necessary
Ask for questions.
