At the post-assessment conference, summarize
the findings identified during the assessment.
This is an opportunity for additional questions
about the findings. Any requests for corrective
actions, dates, or a need for follow-up
assessments can be identified at this time.

1. Publish assessment findings.
2. Receive site responses, which should include
the following:
Action items
Responsible individuals/groups
Action item due dates
3. Accept/reject/modify responses.
4. Develop corrective action tracking list.
5. Publish a periodic action item status report.
