Student's Guide
10. Communicate plan to employees and provide
a mechanism for feedback. Introduction to
the plan should be low-key and not raise
expectations. Consider having each program,
or supervisor, communicate the plan as
opposed to an announcement from the
division office. This will help keep the focus
on the program.
11. Provide training if needed. Based on the
assessment of skills, training may be
necessary for those managers and
employees lacking requisite skills.
