Instructor's Guide
10 CFR 835 also requires that certain records be
maintained, including records of:
Individual monitoring
Sealed source inventory and control
Results of surveys for the release of material
and equipment
Results of specified monitoring for radiation
and radioactive material
Maintenance and calibration of radiation
monitoring instruments
Internal audits
Each individual's training as a general employee
and as a Radiological Worker must be recorded.
Where appropriate, demonstration and
documentation of proficiency is required.

listing of required records.
