worker, etc., to relay information that is necessary for the role-playing evaluation.

C. Provide Students With Necessary Documentation/ Materials for Evaluation
Once the facility-specific pass/fail criteria has been reviewed, provide the following materials at a
minimum for the evaluation:
1.
RWP.
2.
Work procedure or task assignment (scenario). (Attachment 2 is an example.)
3.
Survey map of area (optional). (Attachment 4 is an example.)
4.
Dosimeter(s).
5.
Any other applicable item(s).
