OBJECTIVE:
Seminar Purpose: To train facility personnel how to DESIGN
training program content in a cost-effective manner in accordance
with DOE Orders 5480.18B and/or 5480.20A. An end product of
the training process is a usable training program design complete
with learning objectives.
Seminar Terminal Objective: Given a validated task list and
using a table-top approach, the design team will DETERMINE
curriculum content and WRITE learning objectives for the training
program.
