The employer documents compliance at least every

3 years.

The employer documents the findings of the audit,

the management response to the findings of the

audit, and certifies that deficiencies have been

corrected. The two most recent reports are retained.

Communication

Deficiencies found during the compliance safety

audit are communicated to responsible individuals

for subsequent improvement of the PSM program.

Implementation

Written procedure exists for performing and

documenting compliance safety audits and for

establishing a team of individuals (at least one of

which is knowledgeable in the process).
