4.5.2.3 Donation of surplus hazardous material distributed by the

4.6.1 Holding Agency Sales - All provisions of 41CFR101-45 and

41CFR101-45;
government-owned surplus chemicals, if not superceded by DOE-
41CFR101-46;
PMR and 41CFR101-42.
