Discuss the specified task using applicable procedures, piping and instrumentation

drawings, blueprints, etc., including the discussion as required for a perform.

Demonstrate knowledge of the task by describing the manipulations required and the

parameters that may be expected to change.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) is an individual qualified (or previously qualified) and

experienced in performing a particular task. A subject matter expert may also be an individual

who by education, training, and/or experience is a recognized expert on a particular subject,

topic, or system.
