developed, and that feedback and improvement programs are in place and effective. DOE

line managers are using these processes effectively, consistent with FRAM and FRA

If the Approval Authority elects to combine the ISMS Phase I and II verifications, use of all

Phase I and II core expectations with some combinations to account for efficiency is appropriate.
