(a) Immediate notification to the National

300.300 (i.e. unpermitted oil discharge
to navigable waters); or
(2) A petroleum spill or overfill at an
Underground Storage Tank that exceeds
25 gallons, or is less than 25 gallons but
cannot be cleaned up within 24 hours.
(b) For releases of hazardous substances or
radioactive materials, designated as
reportable releases under 40 CFR Part 302,
or of extremely hazardous substances,
designated as reportable under 40 CFR Part
355, immediate notification to:
(1) The National Response Center 800
