Using process improvement tools (e.g., root cause analyses, re-
engineering) identify desired changes, and develop implementation
plan.
Establish target(s) for benefits gained from the implementation
plan.
Following implementation, assess the performance measure process
change against targets.
4. Continuously re-evaluate the lessons learned objectives and related performance
measures, as needed. The lessons learned objectives should be adjusted if
customer needs change.
