NOTE:

SOP-618-3, "Receiving Reservoirs", is used for receiving and

unpackaging reservoirs.

Checking in the Received and Unpackaged Reservoirs

Complete Check Sheet/Data Sheet (Appendix A) for each

received and unpackaged reservoir in the hood.

Record the serial number of the reservoirs

Record the reservoir type

Verify that reservoir is unloaded and mark verification

on check sheet

Verify that reservoirs are acceptable to bury by ensuring that

the status is "NRR" or "NWR" in the computer system.
