Interviews . By discussing the program with its participants, a determination can
be made about program performance "on paper" as o pposed to "in reality."

Facility Representative supervisors
4.
Line managers
5.
Contractor facility managers
6.
Technical Experti se support (health physics, explosive safety, etc)
Walkthroughs. Much information can be determined by performing walkthroughs
with the Facility Representatives. Walkthroughs can provide indication of:
1.
Level of Facility Representative qualification
2.
Actual practices of the facility
3.
Interactions with contractor personnel
4.
Log-keeping and reporting practices
5.
Corrective action verification
Other methods. The preceding list of methods is for example purposes.
Additional methods exist which ma y help in assessing program performance and
should be used as appropriate.
III.
REPORT
This section contains the report format which can be used to document these
reviews of Facility Representative Programs. The report should be in narrative
format and include the following:
