Describe the construction and principle of operation for the following types of valve
actuators:
 Manual
 Electric
 Pneumatic
 Hydraulic

Describe the four basic types of flow control elements employed in valve design.

Given the bridge wall markings from a valve be able to explain:
 The type of valve (gate/globe, ball, check, etc.)
 Direction of flow
