b. Describe the quality assurance requirements for monitoring radiological air emissions specified in
the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants.
c. Describe the Mean Relative Difference (MRD) statistical evaluations required by the Quality
Assessment Program (QAP) for Department Laboratories. Include in your discussion the purpose
of the three types of evaluations (duplicate, blind-sample, and split-sample) performed.
