28. Waste management personnel shall demonstrate a familiarity level knowledge of the
Clean Air Act (CAA) and implementing regulations.

Identify the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (primary and secondary) and the
National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) as they apply

Describe the requirements for permitting, monitoring and reporting prescribed in the
regulations that implement Title V of the Clean Air Act.
