DOE American Indian Policy
Supporting Knowledge and/or Skills
a.
Describe the process for licensing applicators as defined in the Federal Insecticide,
Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
b.
Discuss the Endangered Species Act consultation requirements.
c.
Discuss the requirements of the National Historic Preservation Act and the American
Indian Religious Freedom Act.
d.
Discuss the Department's policy on American Indians.
36. Waste management personnel shall demonstrate a working level knowledge of the
management and negotiation of regulatory requirements.

Discuss the requirements and methods of negotiation for documents such as:
