The purpose of this exercise is to have

Refer participants to Workbook p. 14.
3.
Divide the class into groups of two or three

Have each group work together to determine:
a.
Based on the scope of that job, is the
task written at an appropriate level?
b.
If not, is the level too high or too

5.
After 10 min., read the "expert answers"
and discuss any comments or discrepancies.
