Dilution Ventilation
Dilution ventilation is the once-
through flow technique of
exchanging outside air for inside air
for comfort and the reduction of
airborne sources.

Storage
Tritium can be stored in storage
beds. Metal tritide and uranium
hydride are the most common for
these storage systems. Tritium is
generally released by heating the
metal tritide.

Appendix D requires posting contamination areas
based on removable contamination values of 10,000
