in this document, however, supersedes applicable laws and regulations unless a

2. ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

2.1

DOE Technical Standards. Copies of DOE Standards (STDs), handbooks

(HDBKs), specifications (SPECs), and technical standards lists (TSLs) may be

obtained by DOE employees and DOE contractors. DOE subcontractors and the

public may also obtain copies of these documents from the DOE Technical
