Upon requalification, records that support the previous qualification may be removed from the record

and replaced with the information documenting present qualification. Superseded information should

be handled in accordance with procedures contained in DOE 1324.5B, Records Management

Program.

In addition, records of the training programs (which should include an audit trail documenting the

development of and modifications to each program) and evaluations of the effectiveness of those

programs should also be maintained.
