INSTRUCTOR:
This lesson introduces participants to the terms and
processes of Nominal Group Technique (NGT) and Consensus
Decision-Making (CDM). The intent is to provide them
with enough information to function well during the TTJA
workshop, during which they must apply the guidelines as
they develop a task list and select tasks for training.
Refer to TTJA TEAM-R-1 for additional information on NGT
and to the TTJA Facilitator Guide to see how it will be
used in the actual seminar.
All team members and observers should participate as
trainees during this lesson.
