4.8.2.2 Conducting Step 2. The workshop portion of the TTTD process will start
by stating that the team will focus on designing the training program
structure. The participants should be reminded that the goal is to design
an efficient, effective training program that addresses the needs of the
job incumbents and their supervisors.
Design the Structure of Initial Training. The participants should be
