would proceed during the initial training
and/or program. Be sure to include:

the topics of training sessions

the settings in which they take place

any types of re-qualification testing
(e.g., written, performance, etc.)
associated with the training.
Transition: As you will notice, Steps 2 and 3 are often
performed or at least thought about together. At this
point you have designed the structure of your training
program and decided where the tasks will be taught.
We now go on to the next step in the process.

2. This is important information the developer
needs in order to assign priorities.
