A. STEP 1: Orient the Team

2. The purpose of this step is to get everyone to

understand our roles and our contribution to
this process.
B. STEP 2: Design the Training Program Structure
1. Purpose
In order to know how best to teach people the
tasks identified in job analysis, you must
understand what a complete training program
looks like.
