Exposure Reports (EO6)
Although DOE and DOE contractor
employees who are only trained at

days. If requested, a written
estimate of radiation exposure
received by the terminating
employee shall be provided at
the time of termination.
Each individual who is required
to be monitored for radiation
exposure at a DOE facility shall
receive a report of that exposure
on an annual basis.
Note: As previously discussed,
individuals may be monitored with a
dosimeter even though they are not
required to be monitored. In this
case an annual report is not required
to be sent.
