[NOTE: The following disposition requirements apply to
chemical products containing friable asbestos (see Section
4.8.3.1, below) and nonfriable asbestos (see Section 4.8.3.2,
below)]
4.8.3.1 Friable Asbestos Materials (see definition)
4.8.3.1.1 Utilization Excess chemicals known to
41CFR101-42.1102-1 (b)(1);
contain friable asbestos shall not be reported to
the GSA on SF 120 or transferred among
SF 120
Federal agencies.
