The plan must describe means for providing technical

exposed to hazardous chemicals.

Information must be provided when a physician or

nurse (onsite or offsite) determines that a medical
emergency exists, that the patient has been exposed
to a hazardous chemical, and that information about
the chemical will assist in diagnosis or treatment of
the patient.

Technical information available must include the
specific identity, if known, of the chemical, and a

copy of the MSDS.
b. The plan should provide that any emergency response

immediately or subsequently, should be provided with
