for developing evaluation instruments. This guide will assist in meeting Objective 7,

DIAGNOSTIC SKILLS DEVELOPMENT, of July 1991, which provides guidance for the
development, implementation, and improvement of training on teamwork and diagnostics.
This guide will assist in meeting Objective 6, Conduct of Training; specifically Criterion
6.2.
DOE-STD-1008-92, GUIDE TO GOOD PRACTICES FOR TRAINING OF TECHNICAL
STAFF AND MANAGERS, of July 1991, which provides guidance for the design and
development of technical staff and managers' initial and continuing training programs.
This guide will assist in meeting Objective 4, Determination of Training Program Content;
specifically Criteria 4.2 and 4.3.
DOE-STD-1009-92, GUIDE TO GOOD PRACTICES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
TEST ITEMS, of July 1991, which provides guidance for the systematic development of
valid and reliable examinations. This guide will assist in meeting Objective 7, Trainee
Examinations and Evaluations; specifically Criteria 7.1 and 7.2.
