The shop is weather-tight.

The physical enclosure of the shop (i.e., ceiling,

walls, support structure, floor) are in serviceable

condition.

Coatings and coverings for ceilings, walls, floors are

continuous, clean, and sound.

Fire protection (i.e., sprinklers, extinguishers) are

adequate, properly charged, and not blocked or

otherwise inhibited in their intent.

10. Insect and pest control is effective.

11. Signs in the area are appropriate, visible, properly

located and clearly communicates the intent.
