Are all the records in the system and readily retrievable? Having gathered the data, the self-evaluation team should conduct an analysis of the data to determine how well the training program meets the objectives and criteria. This is achieved to help the team reach a consensus on the solutions needed to resolve deficiencies. Once the solutions are clear, the team specifies a set of action items with scheduled completion dates for implementation. Evaluation teams will find it helpful during this phase of problem identification and resolution to step back and take another look at the big picture to increase their assurance that the decisions made and actions taken will bring the desired outcomes. 40 |
