Describe the role of the Facility Representative with respect to the contractor

performance evaluation process.

Review and discuss the most recently completed contractor award fee or similar

performance evaluation documentation (as applicable).

A Facility Representative shall demonstrate a working level knowledge of the

Department of Energy/facility Authorization Agreement process necessary to

provide oversight of the operating contractor operations.

Describe the Facility Representative's responsibility associated with contractor

analysis principles and techniques necessary to identify problems, determine

potential causes of the problems, and identify corrective action(s).
