12. Transportation and Traffic Management personnel shall demonstrate a familiarity
level knowledge of Nuclear Safety Management as it relates to transportation
activities that is referenced in 10 CFR Part 830, "Nuclear Safety Management"

Discuss the definition of a nonreactor nuclear facility and how it applies to
transportation.

Discuss applicability of safety basis requirements to transportation and packaging.

Discuss the basic premises of the Price Anderson Amendments Act and applicability
to onsite transportation activities.
Transportation and Traffic Management
13. Transportation and Traffic Management personnel shall demonstrate a familiarity
level knowledge of traffic management regulations that is referenced in 41 CFR Part
109-40.
