demonstrate the ability to assess the contractor's classified computer security
programs in accordance with DOE Order 471.2A, Chapter III, Classified
Information Systems Security, and DOE Manual 471.2-2, Manual of Security
Requirements for the Classified Information System Security Program.

Perform a Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) determination of a
contractor.
32.
Safeguards and security personnel acting in information security shall
demonstrate the ability to assess the contractor's control of Top Secret, Secret,
and Confidential documents in accordance with Department of Energy (DOE)
Order 5632.1C, Protection and Control of Safeguards and Security Interests, and
DOE M 5632.1C -1, Manual for Protection and Control of Safeguards and Security
Interests.
