2.1.11 The candidate must have knowledge of the concepts of SS-21 as contained in
TBP-901. The candidate shall be able to explain why the following are needed
to ensure the safe conduct of nuclear explosive operations and associated
activities:
a.
Strict adherence to weapon-specific nuclear explosive safety rules and nuclear
explosive safety standards.
b.
Seamless interface with environment, safety, and health initiatives within
facilities utilized to conduct nuclear explosive operations.
d.
Assurance of a Fail-Safe Design of nuclear explosive tooling and ergonomic
nuclear explosive assembly process.
