The best way to inform team members is to meet personally with each

Team members may be hesitant to make commitments to a new or different

prior to your meeting with them. You must also reinforce

must commit to be in attendance throughout the entire seminar.
Confirmation letters will be sent 2-3 weeks before the seminar.

interested in the activity, since that person will probably not be a major
