Hang the posters showing the criteria for each colored box near the corners of two

walls. This will give you plenty of room to move each task statement page next to

the appropriate poster as the team reaches consensus on each task.

Room Set-Up: Hang the four colored posters that show the criteria for

each box. Place the "black" and "yellow" posters on one wall and the

"green" and "red" posters on the adjacent wall. Leave enough space for

you to be able to move the task statement pages next to the applicable

poster as the team reaches consensus.
