Facilitate a discussion concerning the order in which the job incumbents

will proceed through the initial training program (if applicable).

As the team directs, construct a flow-chart on the whiteboard or flipchart

showing the path a job incumbent would follow.

If possible, include possible training settings. This probably cannot be

decided until content has been determined.
