5.4
A continuing training program is in place and maintains and improves the
knowledge and skills of job incumbents.
Continuing training content includes refresher training on overtrain tasks, facility
and industry events, facility and procedure modifications, retraining addressing task
performance deficiencies, and training on infrequently performed tasks.
